Refund policy

If you need to return any unwanted goods you should contact info@geljunkie.co.uk to find out if your item qualifies for a return. Please include reason for return, order number and name. We are only able to return an item if it is unused, unopened and not damanged, we will not be able to accept any returns on items that have been used or tested. If you have purchased a 'collection' we cannot accept part returns. You will be liable for the cost of postage and packaging. Items can returned up to 28 days from purchase. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. If the product is accepted for return, please allow 7-10 working days for a full refund.

 

If you believe your item to be damaged please email us at info@geljunkie.co.uk including, name, order number and include a clear picture of the damanged item. We will then contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.

 

If there is an error with your order please email us at info@geljunkie.co.uk within 48hrs of receiving your package, including your name, order number and details of the error. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
