How Do I Make A Return

I've received the wrong item
If there is an error with your order please email us at info@geljunkie.co.uk within 48hrs of receiving your package, including your name, order number and details of the error. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
My item is damaged
If you believe your item to be damaged please email us at info@geljunkie.co.uk including, name, order number and include a clear picture of the damaged item. We will then contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.
How do I locate a previous order
To find any previous orders, Log in to your Customer Account and click 'My Orders'
How do I amend an order
You can amend an order up to 24hrs after placing. To do this please email us at at info@geljunkie.co.uk, please include your name, order number and details of the change. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the order amendment.
How do I cancel my order
Once an order has been placed we are unable to process a cancellation.
If an Item is out of stock
If an item you purchase goes out of stock we will automatically refund the cost of the product back to the same account you made a payment from. A member of our support team will contact you should this happen.
